There's no doubt that a powerful website can make things easier when you're a community group:
But what if you don't have the skills?
That's where I come in.
Figuring out how to put an idea into action and then making it happen is what drives me.
I've worked with local groups to build ordering systems, message boards, and more. If you've ever used the Southampton University Food Co-op, you'll have seen some of my work.
I'm also a private tutor, teaching from the basics of HTML and the web, through CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL right up to the most unusual or cutting-edge techniques.
I'm a believer in sticking to web standards and best practices - they exist for some very good reasons. I try not to break the rules unless absolutely necessary.
That might not be an issue, I'm happy to work for trade or part-trade. And if your project is awesome enough I might even do it for nothing!
Any projects you want to talk about? Let me know!
